### Special Session of Prison Board May Be Called for This Month

The Mandate of the United States Supreme Court in Leo M. Frank's Habeas Corpus Case was received by Clerk O. C. Fuller, of the Federal District Court, in Atlanta, Thursday afternoon.

Owing to the absence of Judge W. T. Newman, who is holding Court in Columbus and who is expected to be away until Saturday evening, it will probably be on Monday when an Order is issued by him declaring the Supreme Court's Mandate to be the Mandate of the District Court.

Immediately this is done, Solicitor Dorsey will be notified and an Order issued by Judge Newman returning Jurisdiction in the Frank Case to the Fulton County Superior Court.

As Solicitor Dorsey has already filed with Judge Ben H. Hill, of the Superior Court, an Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to bring Frank from the Custody of Sheriff Mangum into the Superior Court to be resentenced to be hanged, the next move will be up to Judge Hill to set a Date for this Resentencing. Because of the Application already filed, and on the Court Records, said Solicitor Dorsey, it will not be necessary for him to make another Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus.
