Saturday, 5th December 1914: Frank Case Remittitur In Hands Of The Court, The Atlanta Constitution

The Remittitur in the Leo Frank Case has reached the Court of Judge Ben Hill and will be positively acted upon either Monday or Tuesday or next week, it was stated yesterday. Judge Hill is rapidly recovering from his illness and is expected to be in Court Monday. In event he is unable, however, the Habeas Corpus will be presented before Judge Bell and Frank will be brought to him for resentencing.
