Personally appeared Leo M. Frank who on oath deposes and states that he is the defendant above named that he did not know nor has he ever heard until the end of his trial in the above stated case that A. H. Henslee and Merceius Johenning had any prejudice or bias against deponent nor that they or either of them had ever said or done anything indicating that they believed in deponents guilt, or had any prejudice or bias against deponent.
