1486 Sheet – Supreme Court Georgia Appeals of Leo Frank, 1913, 1914

Reading Time: < 1 minutes [132 words]

Visible Translated Text Is As Follows:

Answer Ground 18, the State contents itself with showing the
general bad character of the witness referred to, viz. Mrs.
W. Jaffe. This is shown by affidavits of W. H. Orr, and J. L.
Moore and Bass Rosser, also the affidavit of P. P. Cooper.

Thus it is, that when each one of the eighteen grounds of
this extraordinary motion are considered and measured by the
standards set up by the law of the land, each one of them is
seen to amount to nothing. And unless nothing added to nothing
makes something, a proposition which the State submits is not
true, then there is absolutely nothing in this original so-
called extraordinary motion.

Respectfully submitted,
E. A. Stephens,
Hugh M. Dorsey,
Solicitor General, Atlanta Judicial Circuit.

Filed in office this the 23rd day of April, 1914.
John H. Jones, D. Clk.
